 The Precipio Group was founded in 2003 to offer world class professional consulting services to companies seeking certain subject matter expertise, or a complement to their accounting, auditing and technology resources.

As an alternative to the “Big-Four” and other national or regional firms, we provide significant value through hands-on services of highly experienced professionals. Each of our Managing Directors has more than 20 years of professional experience within Big Four accounting firms, industry and consulting firms. In addition, they maintain professional certifications relevant to our services, including: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Treasury Professional.

We offer expertise and management skills to complete projects successfully and efficiently. In addition, our Managing Directors personally provide hands-on day-to-day interaction not commonly found from resources with such a level of experience. When practical, we work with clients’ internal resources to transfer knowledge throughout the engagement and thereby reduce the need for on-going external resources. As needed, we provide additional resources with qualifications commensurate with project requirements.
